Phil Gray has an irrepressible passion for people. It might sound cliche, but it is evident from the moment that you meet him. "There is something special and enlightening about sharing stories with people, I get a real kick out of it", he says. "I never grow tired of hearing about people's history, it is one of my greatest passions".
Born and bred in Western Australia Phil has many of his own stories to share from his days as a National Park Ranger throughout the South West, South Coast, Nullabor and the Goldfields. In more recent years, Phil has operated a successful small business learning invaluable skills in marketing and business operations.
Specialising in residential sales in Maida Vale and High Wycombe, Phil knows and understands the struggle to home ownership, the importance of honest and reliable information and support for those seeking to buy and sell.
Phil and his family live in High Wycombe where his son attends the local school. His family are active in the community with Phil coaching the High Wycombe Bulldogs Year 6 Junior Football Team during the 2014 season.
Whilst his first passion is people, Phil has an undeniable passion for Australian music, poetry and history. He performs in an iconic Australian acoustic band 'Loaded Dog' as well as performing solo at music festivals both in WA and interstate. His love of Australian history stems from his roots in the Goldfields where his great grandmother was one of the first European women in Kalgoorlie in the 1890s.
Phil was attracted to Elders for its iconic status in Australia's rural history (175 years old), its solid business model and most importantly its reputation.
